7 (ii) Competitions Control Committee (CCC): It shall consist of a Chairperson,who shall be the Chairperson of the County Committee, the County Secretary,one representative elected by each Division and the Referees Administrator. . A quorum for disciplinary purposes will consist of at least four members. The CCC shall schedule games four weeks prior to the game if possible. Tie games shall be rescheduled at the discretion of the CCC. It shall be responsible for making decisions on applications for transfer within the County.

Senior Football Division.

Management

3. Each Senior, Intermediate and Junior ‘A’ football team shall be allowed four (4) sixty day sanction players. Junior ‘B’ football teams shall not be allowed any 60 day sanction players. Each Senior Hurling team shall be allow six (6) 60 day sanction players and each Junior Hurling team shall be allowed (4) 60 day sanction players.

Junior B football team shall be ineligible for any sanction or weekend players.

Each Senior Hurling team shall be allowed six (6) 30 day sanction players and two (2) players under weekend authorization. Each Junior A hurling team shall be allowed Four (4) 30 day sanction players.

21 c Currently Reads: Senior Hurling: Six (6) from the Junior Hurling Division who played in the prior year’s championship with a requirement that two (2) of the six (6) drafts are or were in the Minor grades in the NY Minor Division.

21 c Senior Hurling: Six (6) from the Junior A Hurling Division who played in the prior year’s championship with a requirement that two (2) of the six (6) drafts are or were in the Minor grades in the New York Minor Division. Senior and Junior A may draft an unlimited number of Junior B players during the playing season provided that these players were registered and approved as eligible Junior B players prior to the start of the playing season.


PLAYING SYSTEMS

Hurling Division.
5 a Currently Reads:
A player who has played Inter County Hurling in Ireland at any level, U-18, U-21, and Senior in the current or previous season is eligible to play in the Junior Hurling Championship

5. a. A player who has played inter-county hurling in Ireland at any level, U -18, U -21, and Senior in the current or previous season is ineligible to play in theNew York Junior Hurling B Championships.
The Junior B Division is intended for hurlers who have come through the New
York Minor or newcomers to hurling. Therefore any player that did not attend high school in the United States must submit a written request to the New York Hurling Board requiring special dispensation to play Junior B Hurling in New York . This request must be unanimously approved at a New York Hurling division meeting. Requests must be submitted prior to the start of the playing season. Players who have appeared in adult or minor (U-18) championship hurling at any grade, club or county, in Ireland are prohibited from making this request.


Junior Football Division:

That the Junior A division be allowed to draft two (2) players from Junior B who are or were in the minor grades in the New York Minor Division.

St Barnabas Football Club:

A Player transferring to a New York Junior B football team shall be ineligible to participate on the field of play with any team in the Junior B football division, if he was part of an inter county senior panel that played in any senior inter county competition the previous year. ( 12months)
